GENERAL POLICY

Our design team at HACKNER HOME have curated our raw materials to make these products because we love them, but we understand that you may need to make a return.

For return items please follow our return process:

By using your own return shipping method, please obtain a return authorization from contact@HacknerHome.com We do not cover shipping cost for general returns. Once obtained, pack and return items in original condition, include the provided authorization form with return number, and send to:

RETURNS ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

Contact customerservice@HacknerHome.com for return instructions if your return  fits our eligibility and requirements seen here. Items must be in like new condition; not washed or used, or showing wear. Because our items are speciality items which are made to order we require a timely return process. Returns must be within 15 days of date delivered postal carrier. 

 

DAMAGED PRODUCT

Damages to the merchandise while in transit, or defects in manufacturing are rare, but occasionally do happen. Should your piece arrive with a defect or damage we will do our very best to have a replacement shipped out to you as soon as possible. 

 

FINAL SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS

Please note that final sale and clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable except for manufacturing defects. These items are identified by numeric .99 in price and/or items purchased during a warehouse or sidewalk sale.
