Hand washing is recommended for best as it can maintain the quality of the fibre while saving energy. Otherwise: Machine wash cold and lay flat to dry. No bleach. No Tide Detergent. No Fabric Softener. Wash separately with gentle Clear Liquid Laundry Detergent detergent such as Dreft.
